Faulty Goods Policy
If the goods you purchase are faulty, Reid Technology will replace them for you under the terms of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. The Act states that "these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act and in the case of conflict the provisions of that Act will apply. Where the buyer is a business (as "business" is defined by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) it agrees that it is aquiring all goods from the company for the purposes of that business and that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply."
The goods should be returned to us with proof of purchase. Simply contact us to discuss.
