Equipment Rental

We offer a range of health and safety noise and gas detection equipment for rent.

Terms and conditions:
  • Administration charge - a standard charge of $25.00 + gst is applicable to all rentals to cover administration and equipment verification
  • Minimum hire period - a minimum hire period is one week (7 days). Part weeks will be charged at the full weekly rate.
  • Duration - the duration of a hire week is 7 days and allowances are made for transit, weekends and holidays.
  • Cancellation of hire - any cancellation of the rental booking will be charged at the rate of one full week
  • Carriage - delivery of the equipment is overnight courier. Any return carriage must be prepaid by the customer.
  • Payment terms - net 28 days for account holders. Payment by cheque, cash or credit card is acceptable.
  • Expendable items - expendable items such as batteries are the responsibility and at the expense of the hirer. All battery powered equipment is dispatched with new batteries at the commencement of the hire
  • Insurance - the hirer assumes the entire risk of loss or damage to the equipment however sustained. The hirer must undertake to insure the equipment at their own expense. Damaged microphone capsules and sensors will be charged at the prevailing list price to the hirer. 
  • End users and storage - the hirer undertakes to permit operation of the equipment by staff deemed capable of operating the equipment in a suitable and proper manner. The hirer undertakes to store the equpiment in a suitable area and to take responsible care to mitigate the effects of water, heat and other elements.
  • Modifications and changes to the equipment - any attempt by the hirer to repair, modify or tamper with any equipment supplied for rental will render the hirer liable to a charge for reinstatement of the equipment to its original state and specification.
